Join us for a data driven conversation with two of the foremost experts on land use in the country as we discuss the directions Dallas can take as a city. We will explore topics including zoning and density and what options we have as a city to continue to thrive and grow over the coming decades. Our expert speakers will touch on hot button issues such as Downtown Dallas, public transportation, re-zoning of shopping centers and other locations for increased density and how the city manages its extensive infrastructure needs while maintaining a balanced budget.
